Manu Mridul

The office for Manu Mridul is actually in the basement of E43 in Vasant Kunj. We are tucked away in the Panchsheel Park area. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during those really hot Delhi summers, which we all appreciate. It is a quiet street mostly, not like the main roads where everything is constantly honking. You have to walk down the steps to get to us. The lighting isn't like natural sunlight, but we have enough lamps to keep it bright enough to work. We have been in this Vasant Kunj spot for some time now. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very private and calm. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors upstairs or people walking on the sidewalk above the windows, but usually, it is just us working away. We don’t have a big storefront or anything like that. It is just a door with the address on it. Inside, it is just a regular workspace with some computers, some files, and a few chairs for when people visit. We like being in Panchsheel Park because it is a nice part of town, even if we are underground. It works for what we do and we don’t feel the need to move to a big glass office building. This basement at E43 is where everything happens for us. We just sit down here and get on with the day’s tasks without much fuss.
