Rajan Khosla

Operating out of Vasant Kunj Industrial Area is definitely different from the residential side of the neighborhood. My place is at B 1/1706/A, and it’s usually quite loud during the day because of all the other workshops and units around us. I’ve been Rajan Khosla to everyone here for years. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the trucks moving in and out, so we’re always cleaning the floors. It’s a practical space. We don’t have fancy chairs or a reception area. You just walk in and we talk about what needs doing. I spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to the guys about the current jobs. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, and other times it's quiet enough to actually sit down and have a proper tea. The power goes out once in a while, but we have a generator to keep things moving. It’s just the reality of working in an industrial zone. I prefer being here rather than a shiny office in a mall because I can actually get my hands dirty and see the work happening. Every morning, I unlock the gate, check the schedule, and we get to it. There isn’t much more to it than that. We just show up and handle the tasks as they come. It’s been my routine for a long time and I don't see it changing much. Working here keeps me busy and grounded.
