Amit Teotia

I’m located at 28 Hauz Khas, specifically in the Jia Saral area. It’s very close to IIT, so there are always students and teachers walking around the lanes. My name is Amit Teotia, and this is where I run my daily business. It’s a small place, nothing like those big offices you see in the city center. I like it here because the neighborhood has a lot of life. There are plenty of tea stalls and small shops nearby which makes it feel like a real community. My workspace is pretty simple. I have my desk, my books, and whatever projects I’m currently working on. I don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. If someone needs to reach me, they usually just come by or call. It’s a very direct way of doing things. I’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while now, and I’ve seen the area change a lot, but Jia Saral still feels the same in a way. It’s a bit crowded and the lanes are narrow, but that’s part of the charm. I spend most of my day right here at number 28. It’s quiet enough once you’re inside. I don't really go for all that professional polish. I just prefer to be honest and straightforward with everyone I deal with. It’s just me doing my thing near the IIT campus. Most days I’m just busy with paperwork or meetings, keeping things moving along.
