Omisha Group

Omisha Group is located on the second floor of Malik Plaza, specifically in units S4 and S5. We are right in Dwarka Sector 4. It’s a busy commercial building with a lot of other offices around us. We’ve been here for some time, dealing with property and real estate matters in the Dwarka area. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we get our work done. Sector 4 is a central spot, so it’s easy for people to reach us from different parts of the neighborhood. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans, talking to owners, and helping with the various bits of paperwork that come with buying or renting a place. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. We think it’s better to just be honest with people who walk through our door. Dwarka has a lot of sectors and blocks, so there is always something to keep us busy. Sometimes we are juggling a few different things at once, and the office gets a bit noisy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and help the local community find what they need. If you are in Malik Plaza, just head up to the second floor. We are usually around during normal working hours. There is always someone here to answer the phone or talk about a lease.
