Neeraj Gaawer

I am Neeraj Gaawer and I run my operations from House Number 74 in Vinova Enclave. We are located in Jharoda Kalan, which is a bit of a trek for some people coming from central New Delhi, but we like it here. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s quieter than the main markets where there is always noise. The house is where I set up my workspace because it’s convenient and lets me stay close to everything I need. I don’t see the point in having a big, expensive office that just adds to the costs for no reason. Here, I can focus on the work without too many distractions from the outside world. It’s a small operation, just me and occasionally someone to help with deliveries or typing up the notes. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. I’m writing this myself because I think it’s better if people know who they are actually dealing with. Sometimes there’s a bit of clutter on my desk, and the printer might jam at the worst possible time when I'm in a hurry, but we always figure it out. Being in the 10072 zip code area means we are on the outskirts, but we still stay busy every day. We take our work seriously but we don’t act like it’s more complicated than it is. It’s just about providing what people need and being fair about it. That’s how we’ve always done things here.
