We are located at Sarkar House in Palam Colony, specifically in Raj Nagar-2. It’s a bit of a maze to find Gali 6 if you aren't from around here, but once you arrive, you’ll see we stay pretty busy. We do a lot of back-office work and phone calls. The office is basically rows of desks and people with headsets on. It’s not silent, that’s for sure. There is always a low hum of talking in the background. We have people working different shifts, so the building never really feels empty. Sometimes we’re dealing with collections or customer queries, and it can be tough talking to people all day. We try to keep it light in the office with some jokes during breaks, otherwise, the work can get a bit heavy. The air conditioning is usually cranked up high, and we have a small area where people eat their tiffins together. Palam Colony is a lively place, and the streets around Sarkar House are always full of activity. We aren't some giant glass tower corporation; we’re just a bunch of regular people working in a local building. We handle the data and the calls as they come in, trying to stay on top of the targets we have to hit. It’s a steady job that keeps us on our toes every single day, and we just keep pushing through until the shift ends. It isn't easy, but it’s what we do here.
