Our office is based in Indra Park, over in Palam Colony. It’s more of a residential-feeling area than the big glass office parks you see in other parts of the city. We operate out of a modest space that fits us just right. Since we do IT services, there are always cables running across the floor and computers taken apart on the workbenches. It might look like a mess to someone walking in, but there’s a system to it all. We spend our time fixing software issues, helping people with their networks, and trying to explain technical things in a way that makes sense. The staff here are just regular guys who like technology. We don't wear uniforms, usually just jeans and t-shirts. Palam Colony is a tight-knit place, and we know a lot of the people who live and work nearby. Sometimes they just drop in because their laptop won't start or they can't get their internet to work. We have a small kettle for making tea and usually a radio playing softly in the background. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though it can get stressful when a server goes down or a deadline is looming. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is mostly how people find us. We keep busy and try to be helpful.
