M/S. Larsen & Toubro Limited, Ecc Division

This is the ECC Division office for M/S. Larsen & Toubro Limited in New Delhi. We’re located in the Ashwariyam Apartment complex, specifically unit A 34 in Sector 4. It’s a straightforward setup. Being in a residential apartment building means we don't have that cold, corporate office feel. It’s more like a workspace where we can actually focus on the engineering and contract details without too much noise from the outside. We spend a lot of time on Plot No. 17, dealing with the nitty-gritty of construction planning. It’s not always pretty—there are stacks of paper everywhere and the printer usually chooses the worst time to act up. But we manage. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows their role. We deal with a lot of local regulations and site coordination from this desk. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules to make sure the materials are arriving at the sites across Delhi. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby; we’re just here to make sure the projects we’re assigned to actually get built properly. Some days are long, especially when deadlines are tight, but we like the neighborhood and the local shops nearby. It’s a practical place for a team that’s mostly concerned with how things are actually put together on the ground. We just try to keep things moving and handle the daily grind without too much stress.
