Jmc Projects (I) Ltd.

We run Jmc Projects (I) Ltd. out of Flat-134 in Pocket-3C, Sector-16B. This is over in Dwarka, New Delhi. It’s a bit unusual to have an office in a flat, but it actually suits the way we work. It’s a bit quieter than a massive commercial building, and it gives the team a more relaxed place to focus on the project plans. We use the different rooms for different parts of the business—one for the computers and another for keeping all the physical blueprints and files. Dwarka is a huge residential hub, so being in Sector-16B means we are close to where a lot of people live, making the commute easier for the staff. We don't have any big corporate signs outside, just the name on the door. Inside, it’s pretty basic with standard office furniture and a lot of paperwork. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we are just a project team that needs a functional space to coordinate our construction sites across the city. Most of our work happens out in the field, so this flat is mainly for the administrative stuff. It’s a simple setup where we can sit down, have a coffee, and go over the day’s tasks without the noise of a typical downtown office. It feels like a small, local operation even though we are part of a larger company. We just keep things honest and get the job done without any extra flash.
