We’re set up in Flat No. 116 at Bhawalpur Apartments. It’s right there at Plot No. 1 in Sector 4. It feels a bit unusual being based in a residential apartment complex, but it actually works out fine for what we do. The space is used for our local operations here in New Delhi. It’s basically a standard residential flat that’s been turned into an office, so it has a bit of a homey feel, even with all the filing cabinets and computers cluttering the rooms. We have to be mindful of the neighbors living next door, so we try not to be too loud when we're moving around in the hallways. Most of the time, it’s just a few of us sitting around desks, handling the endless paperwork for various L&T projects. We get a lot of mail and heavy deliveries coming through the main gate. The apartment block is actually pretty well-maintained, and there’s even a bit of greenery around the entrance area. It’s a far cry from a massive glass office tower in a business district, but we prefer it this way. It’s practical, quiet, and easy for us to get to in the mornings. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations in the windows. It’s just a functional workspace where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes we take a quick break on the small balcony when the weather is decent. It’s just regular people doing support work from a quiet corner of Sector 4.
