We have an office set up at 145 Bahawalpur Apartments in Dwarka, right at Plot No 1 in Sector 4. It’s a bit unusual to be in an apartment complex, but it works for what we need here in New Delhi. Larsen And Toubro Limited is a huge company, but this specific spot feels much more local and quiet. We use this space for administrative work and as a base for some of our team members who live in the area. Dwarka is a well-planned part of the city, and Sector 4 is pretty easy to navigate. Our office inside the apartments is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and maps. We don't have any big signs outside or a fancy reception desk. It’s a place where engineers and planners can sit down and get their work done without too many distractions. Most of our days are spent looking at blueprints or coordinating with different sites. We’ve been at this Bahawalpur Apartments location for a while now, and the neighbors are used to us. It’s a practical arrangement that saves us from having to commute to a big office block every day. We just keep our heads down, do the technical work, and make sure the projects stay on track. It’s a no-nonsense environment where the focus is purely on the job at hand and making sure the figures are correct.
