We are situated at R Z F 1 in Vijay Enclave, right here in New Delhi. Air Link Engineers Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves. It’s a busy little corner of the city. Our workshop area usually has a bit of noise, which is expected for engineering work. We aren't the type to have a polished showroom. Instead, we have tools, spare parts, and a lot of grease around. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years. We know the machines and we know how to fix things when they go wrong. The office part is just a small desk in the corner with a computer that’s seen better days. We don't worry about the decor. We worry about getting the engineering jobs done right. Delhi heat can be tough in the summer, especially in a place like Vijay Enclave, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We have regular customers who have been coming to us for a long time. They know we don't do fancy talk. We just tell them what’s wrong and how we’re going to fix it. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with parts waiting to be picked up, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We’re just local people working hard in our own neighborhood and doing our best every day. That’s about all there is to say.
