Larsen & Tubro Limited

We are based on the 3rd Floor in Flat No 543 of the Akshardham Apartments, located in Pocket-3, Sector-19 of Dwarka. Even though the address mentions Haryana, we are right here in the New Delhi-110075 area. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office since it’s inside a residential apartment complex, but it works for us at Larsen & Tubro Limited. Being on the third floor means we have a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings and the daily life of the pocket. The office is essentially a converted flat, so it has a kitchen area where we make our tea and a balcony where some of us go to take a quick break. It’s a very quiet environment compared to a standard office block, which is nice for getting through the technical paperwork. We have our computers set up in what would have been the living room and bedrooms. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the whole team is in for a meeting, but it makes for a close-knit working style. We don't have any big signs outside, so people usually have to call us to find the right door. It’s a very low-key way of operating, without any of the typical corporate stuffiness you might expect. We just come in, do our hours, and manage the local projects from this residential base. It feels more like a small family business setup than a giant company office.
