Our office is tucked away in Safdarjung Enclave, at B- 7/2 Extension. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to a big factory floor, but this is where all the planning happens. We deal with machinery for mills, mostly handling the technical side and making sure the specs are right before anything gets built. The office is usually cluttered with folders, diagrams, and coffee cups. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have a system that works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on shipments. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we manage. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure the business side of things stays on track. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to focus on complex drawings. Sometimes customers come by to talk about a project, and we just sit around the old wooden table and figure things out. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just know about machines and how they should work. It’s been our life for a long time now. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the paperwork and keep our clients informed about their machinery status. It is a bit of a grind but it is what we do.
