Dinesh Polymers

We are located over in Naraina, specifically at B-74. It is a busy place with a lot of traffic and noise. At Dinesh Polymers, we handle a lot of plastic work every day. It is mostly molding and some packaging stuff that keeps us on our toes. The factory floor is pretty full right now with various projects. We started small here in Naraina and just kept at it over the years. There are always bags of raw materials stacked up near the entrance. It gets a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives but we always find a way to manage the space. My brother helps out with the accounts while I spend most of my time on the floor checking the machines. Naraina is a good spot for us because everything we need is close by. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our short breaks. We have had the same workers for a long time now and they know how the machines sound when something is wrong. We do not do much advertising at all. People just find us through word of mouth mostly. Sometimes the machines need a lot of maintenance but that is just the nature of working with polymers. It smells like hot plastic inside but you get used to it quickly. We keep the doors open when it is not raining to get some air moving through the shop.
