Dominic Industrial Garment Machinery

We are located at No. 545 in the Harsh Apartment building. It’s on the first floor, right near Mata Chowk in Rangpuri. The stairs can be a bit steep if you are carrying something heavy. We spend our days surrounded by garment machines. There are sewing parts and needles everywhere. It’s a bit messy but we manage to find what we need. My uncle used to do this before me, so I just took over the space. Rangpuri has changed a lot since then, getting more crowded every year. We fix machines for the local tailors and some bigger shops too. Most of the time it’s just grease on our hands and thread on our clothes. We don't really have a fancy showroom. It's just a room with benches and tools. People come in with broken parts and we see if we can find a replacement in the old bins. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right screw because everything is mixed together. We have an old fan that makes a lot of noise but it keeps the air moving. Lunch is usually quick because there is always something waiting to be fixed. We don't use much software, just a notebook to keep track of who owes what and what machines are ready. It's a simple way to run things. The traffic near Mata Chowk can be a nightmare in the evenings. We usually stay late to avoid the rush.
