Coil Company Pvt Ltd is located right in the middle of Naraina Industrial Area Phase-II. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how tight the streets can get with all the heavy trucks and delivery vans blocking the way. Our place at A21/24 is basically a workshop and a small office combined into one unit. It’s always a bit noisy because of the machinery running in the back, but you get used to the sound after the first week of working here. We make various types of coils and related metal parts for different clients. There is usually a distinct smell of cut metal and machine oil in the air, which is pretty standard for any business in Naraina. The office part is just a few metal desks tucked away from the main floor so we can actually hear ourselves talk when the machines are at full speed. We have several guys who have been with us for ten or fifteen years, so we don’t need to explain the daily tasks much anymore. We just get the orders, set the machines, and get to work on the production. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping a close eye on the technical measurements. We don’t have a fancy website or a dedicated marketing team. We just produce the stuff and ship it out to whoever needs it. It's a practical, no-nonsense business that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
