Madhucon Projects Limited

Our office is in Dwarka, specifically Sector 10. We’re in the Madhur Jiwan Apartments on Plot 34. Being in an apartment building for an office is pretty common around here in New Delhi. It feels a bit more like home than a cold office block. Room 308 is where you’ll find most of the project planning happening. There’s always a stack of blueprints or some site reports lying around. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often end up taking the stairs. It’s a busy area but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking about construction schedules. We’ve been handling projects for a while, and it’s a lot of back-and-forth between the sites and this desk. The Delhi heat can be brutal in the summer, so the AC is usually running full tilt. We don’t go for big marketing talk. We just focus on what needs to be finished this week. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, and things can get a bit chaotic when deadlines are close. We try to stay organized, but anyone who works in projects knows it’s never perfect. We just do the best we can with what we have each day. It is a lot of hard work but we are used to the pace by now.
