Our office is located in Flat Number 57 of the DDA SFS Flats in Sector 19, Pocket 1 of Dwarka. It’s a residential area in New Delhi, so it’s much quieter than the central parts of the city. Being in a flat means we have a kitchen and a little balcony, which is nice for taking breaks. We run our engineering and technology services from here. It doesn't look like a typical business office from the outside; it just looks like another home in the complex. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces with computers and some technical equipment. We like being in Dwarka because it’s a bit more organized and there’s some greenery around the buildings. We spend most of our days answering calls, coordinating with our field staff, and handling the technical side of the business. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from fixing the printer to managing the big service contracts. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a group of people working out of a flat to get things done. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we have to take the stairs, which keeps us moving. It’s a practical, low-key way to run things. We’ve found that this setup works well for us, and it keeps our daily life pretty straightforward and manageable without too much fuss.
