You can find Wsp Consultants (I) Ltd at Flat No. 519. This is in Sector 13, specifically Pocket A of Phase II. These are the DDA MIG Flats in Dwarka, New Delhi. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the commercial hubs. We’ve turned this flat into our workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a few rooms for our desks. It’s a practical setup. Dwarka is quite spread out, but Sector 13 is a good spot. We’ve been here for some time. There’s no big sign on the road, you have to know which block to look for. We just go about our business without much noise. It’s a decent place to work from. We handle our projects from these rooms. The light is good in the mornings. We don’t have a fancy reception or a receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer. It’s very informal. We like it that way because it keeps things straightforward. Working from a DDA flat gives it a more personal feel than a glass building. We know the neighbors. We see the same people every day. It’s just us at Wsp Consultants (I) Ltd, doing what we do in Sector 13. We don't bother with corporate jargon. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we even work on the weekends if things get a bit backed up, but mostly we stick to the usual hours. It works for us.
