Texas Engg, Trad, & Cont Wll

We are based out of a flat in Dwarka, specifically 237 Sfs Dda Flats in Sector-9. It’s in Pocket-1, which is a fairly quiet part of New Delhi compared to the city center. Operating Texas Engg, Trad, & Cont Wll from here is convenient for us. It’s not a massive industrial complex, just a regular space where we handle the engineering and trading side of things. We’ve got some computers and a lot of files piled up on the shelves. Sometimes it gets a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Dwarka has grown a lot, and being in Sector-9 puts us near the markets and the metro. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the keyboard and the phone ringing. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We know the neighbors and the local shops. It feels like a community here. We handle the contracting work from this office and spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. When we are here, we just focus on the task at hand. It’s a simple office in a residential block, which keeps things grounded. No glass towers for us. Just a regular room with regular people trying to do a good job. It’s been our base for a long time. We aren't going anywhere else anytime soon.
