Our place is at Plot No 726/26, Khasra No 189, in Kakrola Village. It's right near the Dwarka Sector-14 Metro station, so we hear the trains going by all the time. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Innotech Engineering Device Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working in this space every day. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. We have benches, tools, and a lot of parts scattered around where we need them. Sometimes it gets a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The village around us is always moving, and we’re right there in the thick of it. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings or putting things together. We don't have a marketing department or someone to write nice emails. We just answer the phone when it rings and try to help whoever is on the other end. Running a business in Kakrola means dealing with the narrow streets and the noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. The metro being so close makes it easy for the staff to get in, which is a plus. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is nice. It’s a straightforward life. We make things, we fix things, and we go home. Tomorrow we come back and do the same thing over again because the work is there. We don't have many complaints about how things are going here.
