We operate out of G-23 in the Shivalik Apartment building, which is over at Plot Number 32 in Sector 6, Dwarka. It’s a residential block, so it’s not exactly the first place you’d expect to find an engineering firm like Osm Engineering Pnuematic Conveyring Pvt Ltd. But it works for us. We have our main office area set up in one of the ground-floor units. It’s a bit of a squeeze with all the technical drawings, catalogs, and the computers we use, but we make it work. Dwarka is a bit quieter than the center of New Delhi, which we appreciate when we’re trying to figure out complex systems. We don’t have a big corporate logo on the side of the building or a fancy waiting room for visitors. Usually, if someone comes by, they just sit with us at one of the desks while we go over the plans. It’s very informal and direct. We’re mostly engineers and technicians, so we aren’t great at the "About Us" stuff or marketing speak. We just know how to handle the equipment and the projects that come our way. The apartment complex is a nice enough place to spend the day, even if the parking can be a bit tricky when everyone is home. We just keep our heads down, stay busy with our work, and try to get things done without making a big fuss about it. It's simple and it's what we do.
