Larsen & Toubro Limited

This office is situated in Dwarka, specifically in Asoka Apartment at Sector 12. We are in Flat No-A4 on Plot-8. If you have been to this part of New Delhi, you know how the sectors are laid out. It is a residential area, so it is mostly families living around us. Larsen & Toubro Limited uses this flat to manage the local operations. It feels very lived-in. We have rows of steel cabinets for all our records and a few long tables where we sit with our laptops. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. The Metro is not too far away, so some of us take that to get here. Parking can be a real headache if you arrive late. Inside, it is usually quiet except for the sound of the ceiling fans. We drink a lot of water because of the Delhi heat. We do not have a fancy lobby or any branding on the walls. It is just a practical space for us to meet and work through our tasks. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, but we manage. We keep things straightforward here. There are no big speeches or complicated rules, just people working through their daily lists until it is time to go home to our own families. It is a humble setup but it works well.
