Our place is located on the first floor, C5/45, in Grand Vasant over in Vasant Kunj. It’s a bit of a mix between a residential and a commercial vibe around here, which makes the workday feel a little more relaxed than being in the middle of a dense downtown area. We mainly focus on trade and overseas operations, so there is a lot of back-and-forth communication with people in different time zones. The office is full of files, shipping documents, and various samples that have been sent over for inspection. We spend a lot of time checking the details on invoices and making sure the customs paperwork is in order. It’s the kind of work that requires you to sit still and pay attention to the small things. Sometimes the office is very quiet, with just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. Other times, it’s a bit more hectic when a shipment is delayed or someone needs a document urgently. We usually go out for a quick lunch nearby or bring something from home to eat at the desk. There isn't any fancy decor or anything to show off; it's just a plain space where we handle the business of moving goods from one place to another. We’ve been in Vasant Kunj for a while and have gotten used to the way things flow in this part of the city. We keep a close eye on the schedules and just try to stay organized.
