Ankur Offset & Printers

Down in Naraina Industrial Area Phase 1, you will find Ankur Offset & Printers at 14/3. The smell of ink is pretty strong once you step inside. We have several machines running most of the day, so it gets fairly noisy. It is a practical space designed for printing, not for hosting parties. We have stacks of paper everywhere and boxes waiting to be picked up. Printing is one of those things where things can go wrong quickly, so we stay focused on the presses. We started this because we knew our way around the machinery. Most of our customers are other businesses from around the industrial area who need flyers or forms. We don't have a receptionist; usually, you just talk to whoever isn't currently busy with a machine. The floor has some ink stains, and the lighting is just those long fluorescent tubes. It isn't pretty, but the prints come out like they should. We take our lunch breaks together when the big jobs are running. It's a regular workplace with regular people. We don't try to be anything we aren't. If the machines are humming, we are happy. You can find us there from early morning until the sun goes down, just getting the pages through the rollers. Some days are stressful when a machine breaks, but we usually figure out how to fix it ourselves and keep the work going.
