It’s a bit of a climb up those stairs, especially when it’s hot outside, but it’s a good spot once you get there. Munirka is a very lively area with a lot of students and young people living around here, so there is always something going on in the streets below. From the third floor, we can see a lot of the local rooftops and the busy market area. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few computers, a lot of files about concrete and construction, and a small table where we sit for lunch. Since we share the space or are cared for by Chandra Singh Tokas, it feels a bit like a family environment. We aren't trying to look like a big international firm with glass elevators. We just do our work, talk to our clients on the phone, and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the internet is a bit spotty, or the tea runs out, but we manage just fine. It’s a plain, honest workspace where we focus on the jobs we have to do. Being in the 110067 area of India means we are right in the heart of things, and that suits us just fine for what we do. We've been here for a while and the landlord is decent.
