Our office is tucked away in Vasant Kunj at 2322, Sector D, Pkt.-2. If you know New Delhi, you know this area is a bit more settled. Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd uses this spot as a base for our local operations. It’s not a massive warehouse or anything, just a practical space where we handle the administrative side of things. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from contractors to homeowners. The traffic in Delhi can be a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating things. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just work. We make sure the cement is tracked correctly and the orders are moving along. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture is just for utility, but it serves us well. Being in Sector D means we are part of the local community here. We try to keep things straightforward and avoid any of that corporate jargon that usually just confuses people. If there's a problem with a delivery, we just try to fix it. That's the way we've always done things. It’s a busy environment but we've got a good routine down.
