Ambuja Cements Ltd

Our office is in the Safdarjung Residential Complex, specifically at A 2 Type Iv Qtrs in West Kidwai Nagar. This is a government-heavy area of New Delhi, so it’s a bit different from a typical commercial office. We are tucked away in these quarters, and it feels very much like a part of the local community. The space is practical, filled with desks, computers, and stacks of files. Since we are in Delhi, everything feels a bit crowded and fast-paced. We are constantly on the phone with various departments and construction sites across the city. Dealing with the traffic and the regulations here takes up a lot of our energy. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy office layout. We just need a place to manage the distribution and keep the accounts in order. It’s often noisy outside with the city sounds, but we just shut the door and focus on the work. We get a lot of people coming in to discuss big projects because of where we are located. There’s no corporate jargon used here; we just talk about loads, weights, and delivery dates. It gets hot in the summer, and the air conditioning struggles to keep up, but we keep going. It’s a functional, somewhat messy workspace where we do our best to keep the cement moving to where it’s needed in the capital.
