ZUARI SKY HEAVENS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Zuari Sky Heavens is run by just a couple of us here in Vasco Da Gama. Our office is located near Elmonte Bogda, and it’s a pretty simple setup. Sanjay Vasant Satardekar handles most of the main things. We’ve been here for a bit now, focusing on the local housing and property needs in this area. It’s a One Person Company on paper, but there’s always someone around helping out with the tasks. Vasco is a busy port town, and things can get quite noisy and hectic outside, but we just keep our heads down and do the work. We deal with various property management issues and help people find places to stay. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just checking on buildings and making sure the bills are paid and the repairs are getting done. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just stopping by the office near Bogda. We try to be helpful and give straight answers when someone asks about a property. Sometimes we run into problems with the old buildings, but that’s part of the job. We just take it day by day and try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible for our clients. It’s a practical, local business and we plan on staying that way for the foreseeable future.
