Kaveri Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is located down in Goa, specifically at 1 Pradhish Nair Block 5, inside the Manicsmruthy building in Khadpaband. Ponda is a bit away from the main tourist beaches, which suits us just fine because it’s a lot more practical for the kind of infrastructure work we do. The office is a simple place where we manage the day-to-day operations of our projects. We have been here for a while now, and the local area feels like home. Most of the time, the office is a bit of a revolving door with engineers and supervisors coming in to drop off reports or pick up supplies. We don't really have a big staff, just enough people to make sure the work gets done correctly. The weather in Goa can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the monsoon, so a lot of our time is spent adjusting schedules and making sure our equipment is held up okay. We aren't interested in being some giant firm with hundreds of offices; we just want to do our work in 403401 and make sure our projects are solid. It’s a lot of phone calls, checking on materials, and making sure the budget hasn’t gone completely sideways. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to stay grounded and just focus on the task at hand without getting distracted by anything else. Sometimes the work is slow, but we always find something to keep ourselves occupied during the day.
