We've been around for a while here in Margao, specifically over at I 19 South Ashad Cooperative Housing Society. If you know the area, we're just behind Dr Rebello Hospital on Maddel Margao. It’s a busy spot but we like it here in Goa. Peninsula Land Limited handles various bits of land work and property stuff. Just a bunch of us working through the daily tasks. We deal with the local paperwork and site visits. It’s been 403 601 for as long as I can remember. Usually, things are pretty quiet inside the office, even if the street is busy. We try to keep things moving. There’s always someone coming or going. We handle things as they come. It's not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular place in a housing society where we get our work done. Most of the folks around here know us by now. It feels like a part of the community.
