P & P Developers

We are up on the third floor of the Kurtarkar Commerce Center, specifically in unit S-8. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view, though it is mostly just other buildings and the street below. P & P Developers is a firm that has been in this center for a good amount of time and we know the other people working on this floor pretty well. It is a friendly enough environment. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and we talk to them at our desks. We deal with a lot of different construction and land projects. Some days are really hectic with people calling every five minutes, and other days are quiet enough that we can actually get through the filing. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do a good job on the projects we take on. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. It keeps us moving and gives us a bit of exercise. Our space is functional and simple, which is exactly how we like it. We focus on the practical side of building and developing things here in the local area. It is a lot of spreadsheets and meetings, but it is what we know how to do best.
