We've been at the L6 and L7 units in the Cuncolim Industrial Estate for quite a while now. It's a busy part of Salcete. Most days start early here when the gates open and the guys start moving things around. The shed is big enough for what we do, though it gets a bit warm in the afternoons. You can hear the machines running from the road outside. We have a small office tucked in one corner where we keep all the files and handle the phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just manage. People know us around here because we’ve stayed in the same spot for years. The floor is usually covered in some kind of material or dust from the day's work. It isn't a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things sorted. There are two units, L6 and L7, so there is enough space to stack things up before they go out on the trucks. Most of the staff has been with us for a long time. We know the tea stall guy right outside the estate entrance pretty well. It's just a normal industrial setup where the focus is on finishing the tasks we have for the week. We don't have a big reception or anything like that, just a desk and a couple of chairs if someone drops by. It works for us. It’s a plain building but it gets the job done.
