Our office for Raj Housing Dev Pvt Ltd is located in Ponda, specifically at Ashish in Mahalaxminagar, Talaulim. Goa is a beautiful place to work, and being in the 403401 area keeps us close to a lot of local activity. We aren't one of those massive, cold development firms you see in the big cities. We’re just a small team working out of our space in Mahalaxminagar. Most of our time is spent looking at plans, dealing with paperwork, and visiting different sites around the area. It can be a lot of back and forth, but that’s just how the housing business goes. We try to keep our feet on the ground and stay practical about what can be done. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we can get things organized and meet with people when we need to. Ponda has a nice feel to it, and we enjoy being part of the community here in Talaulim. We've seen a lot of houses go up and a lot of changes in the landscape over the years. We just keep doing our bit, focusing on the projects we have in front of us. It’s not always easy, and there are always hurdles with any kind of development, but we just take it step by step. We’re usually around if someone needs to chat about a project or check on some details, usually over a cup of tea in the office during the week.
