We've been working out of our office on the first floor of Prudential Panache for a while now. It’s right near the Chinmaya Mission in Gogol. Most days you’ll find us here dealing with the usual paperwork and planning that goes into running Tridentia Homes Llp. We aren't a big fancy operation, just a group of people trying to get things done right. The area around Gogol is quiet enough, though the traffic picks up sometimes. We focus on houses and local property matters. It's not always easy, but it's what we do. Someone is usually at the desk if you drop by, though we might be out on a site visit. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Keeping the files organized and staying on top of the local building rules is a full-time job. It’s mostly just making sure the numbers add up and the materials arrive on time. Coffee is always brewing in the corner and there’s a lot of talk about current projects. We don't spend much on ads; word of mouth mostly keeps us busy enough. Living and working in this part of Goa means we know the local quirks. We just keep our heads down and work. That’s about it for us at Tridentia. We don’t have a flashy website or a team of sales people in suits. It’s just us in the office, answering the phone and checking on the masonry. It works.
