Our place is located at Sy. No. 167/1, right by the Srk'S Baga Along Resort and the Spice Farm in Khandepar. It’s a bit of a different setting compared to being in the middle of a crowded city. Being near the spice farm means there’s a lot of green around us, which is nice when the sun is beating down. Srk Builders And Developers Llp is what we call ourselves. We spend a lot of our time out on site rather than sitting behind a desk all day. There is always something to fix or a new project starting up somewhere on the land. It can get pretty muddy during the monsoon season, so we keep our boots by the door. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of workers. It’s a smaller operation where everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We’ve been in Khandepar for a while now and we like the pace of things here. It's quieter than the coastal areas but still keeps us busy enough. People often come by asking for directions or just curious about the construction. We try to help out where we can. It's straightforward work, nothing too flashy. We just want to make sure the buildings we put up are solid and done right, without any shortcuts.
