You can find us at Shuban Homes Llp in Margao. Our office is on the first floor of Reliance Chambers, specifically units four and five. It’s a pretty central location right opposite the Bank of Baroda. Because of that, there is always a lot of movement outside. Finding a parking spot can be a real headache some mornings, so most of us try to get in early. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep. Inside, the office is split between the two units. We have some desks pushed against the walls and a small area where we can sit and talk. Margao is a noisy town, and the sound of horns definitely makes its way into our rooms. We do a lot of work related to housing and real estate, so there are always blueprints and folders lying around. The air conditioner in office five makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps things cool enough. We don't have a big reception area or anything. If someone comes in, they usually just walk right up to whoever is free. It’s a busy atmosphere most of the time. We drink a lot of coffee from the machine down the street. It’s a simple operation, really. We just focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the projects are moving along as they should. It’s a solid place to work in the heart of the city.
