We are located at House Number 109 B 3 in the Kamat Riviera complex, right near the Chaitanya Apartments in Borchem Bhat. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you find the landmark, it’s easy enough. Our space here at Samant Edifices is where we handle all the planning and coordination for our projects. It’s a standard apartment-style office. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the work day, which we appreciate. We do a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and architects from this room. There’s usually a stack of brochures and material samples like granite or brick sitting in the corner. We aren't the type to have a big marketing department or a fancy lobby. We just have a place where we can sit, talk, and get the job done. Sometimes we meet clients here, and other times we are out at the sites in the heat. It’s a balanced life. The air conditioner hums in the background, and we just keep plugging away at the tasks. Being near Borchem Bhat gives us a good central point to reach different parts of the city. It’s a simple, honest workspace for the team. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind as it comes without any fuss.
