Habitat Farms & Estates Llp

Our office is right across from the Cansaulim Railway Station in the J C Antao Complex. If you are getting off the train, you can pretty much see the building from there. We are in Flat No S 7. Habitat Farms & Estates is mostly about looking after land and farm properties around South Goa. It’s a busy area with the trains coming and going, but inside the office, it’s mostly just us sorting through files and talking to folks about their estates. We’ve been in Mormugao for a bit and know the roads and the people around here pretty well. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and documents, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend much on fancy decorations because we’re usually out on the farms or at the estates anyway. Being near the station makes it easy for people to find us, which is a plus. We deal with a lot of the practical sides of owning land, like boundaries and maintenance. It’s honest work and keeps us moving. South Goa has a different pace, and we try to work with that. If the door is open, someone is usually there typing away or on the phone. We just do our bit to keep the estates running right and make sure the land is looked after like it should be throughout the seasons.
