EDIVEN CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Margao. Our office is Shop No. 1 in the A Building of Gogal Classic. If you know the area, we are quite close to Chowgule College in Gogal. It is a busy part of town with a lot of students and activity. Our shop is a basic space where we handle both construction and real estate matters. We have a lot of files and maps on the walls because that is just the nature of the business. Margao is a great place to be located because it is the heart of South Goa. We deal with people looking for homes and also handle our own building projects. It is not a very formal environment here. Usually, the door is open and we are just working through the daily tasks. We don't have a big mission statement or anything promotional to say. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the traffic near the college makes it hard to park, but we make do. We are just a local private limited company trying to help people with their property needs and getting our constructions finished on time. It is a simple life and a simple business. We are glad to be part of the Gogal community and to be working in a place we know so well.
