Chandra Developers Llp is situated in Sunrise Colony, Alto Dabolim. Our office address is House No. 34, also known as Tukaram Kunj, and we are tucked right behind the NSD. Being in Mormugao in South Goa, we are near the airport, which means it’s always busy around here. We are a small firm and we don't have any of those polished corporate brochures. Our office is basically just a room in a house where we keep our computers and all the project drawings. We spend most of our time out in the field, checking on the progress of our buildings and talking to the workers. It is a lot of hands-on work and it isn't always easy. We have to deal with the heat, the rain, and the usual delays that come with building things in this part of the world. We don't have a big mission or anything like that; we just focus on getting the next house or wall finished so we can move on to the next one. People in the colony know us well, and a lot of our work comes from just being present and visible in the community. We might not be the fastest or the biggest, but we are here every day making sure the work gets done. It is a simple business run by people who actually live in the area, and that’s how we like it.
