Asian Real Estate Developers LLP is located over in South Goa, specifically in the Margaosalcete area. Our office is on the 3rd floor of the Pancharatna Co-op Housing Society building, at unit ET4. It’s right in the middle of things in Margao. The zip code is 403601 if anyone is trying to find us on a map. There is no elevator that we use all the time, so those three floors keep us moving throughout the day. Margao is always busy with people coming and going for real estate stuff. We spend a lot of time looking at different plots and talking to people about development. It is not a flashy place with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a workspace with some desks and a lot of paper piled up. We have been around South Goa for a while and know the streets pretty well. The housing society is quite old and has that local feel to it. We don't really do much in terms of promotion. Most of our work comes from people who just know where we are located. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic from the main road, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. Developing land is a lot of back and forth with paperwork, and this office is where we settle all of that. It’s just a regular local business run by regular people who know the Margaosalcete area inside and out.
