We have been working out of this office for a while now, and it has become a second home to most of us. Being so close to the coast is nice, though the humidity can really get to you when you are out at a site all day. We aren't some giant corporation with fancy logos and sleek offices. It is mostly just a few of us trying to keep things organized and making sure the construction work stays on track. Most of our mornings are spent answering calls and checking on the progress of our various local projects. Canacona is a small community, so we see the same faces every day, which we actually quite like. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or the rain puts us behind schedule, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just do the work and try to be honest about how long things are going to take. It is a lot of back and forth between the estate and the sites. If you are ever in Palolem and need to find us, we are usually around the office or somewhere nearby checking on a wall or a foundation.
