Your Buzzing Kitchen Private Limited

Our kitchen is tucked away in the basement of A-1/20 in Safdarjung Enclave. It is a nice enough area but being in the basement means you do not see much of what is happening on the street outside. We called the place Your Buzzing Kitchen Private Limited because we wanted it to feel like there was always something going on. Safdarjung Enclave is a busy spot with a lot of people living and working nearby, so there is usually a lot of movement. We spend most of our day downstairs getting things ready. It can get a bit warm in the summer since we are below ground level, but we have some fans going to keep it okay. Most people do not even notice the entrance unless they are looking for it specifically. It is a practical space for what we need to do. We don't have a big dining area or anything like that, it is more about the work we do in the back. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or ask what we are cooking that day. We have been in this basement for a while now and it feels like home to us. It is not a shiny office or a big restaurant, just a regular kitchen where we put in the hours. We keep it clean and organized so we can get things done right.
