This might seem a bit unusual since we are linked to the Costa Coffee in Riyadh through the Jawad Business Group, but our contact point here is at 27 Hauz Khas in New Delhi. It’s a residential-feeling area but with a lot of history nearby. This isn't a coffee shop you can walk into and buy a latte; it's more of an administrative setup managed by Anju Bala. We handle a lot of the back-end details and paperwork that comes with running a big brand in another country. The office is pretty low-key. We have a lot of international mail and documents moving back and forth. It’s a lot of coordination between Delhi and Riyadh, which keeps us on our toes because of the different time zones.
