X N Saloon

X N Saloon is located in the basement and ground floor of B-113 in the Badarpur area of Delhi. We are quite close to Ompal Budh Vihar, which is a landmark most people use to find us. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during those really hot Delhi summers, which is something our regulars appreciate. We don't have a big fancy entrance with lights and posters. It’s just a simple door that leads to where the work happens. We’ve got the usual setup with mirrors, some chairs that have seen better days but still work fine, and all our tools laid out. Badarpur is a crowded place with a lot of movement, so we get people from all walks of life popping in. Some are in a hurry to get to the metro, while others have time to sit and talk for an hour. We don’t do anything very flashy, just good, solid barber work and basic grooming. Sometimes we have the radio on, or just the sound of the fan spinning overhead. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us who know the neighborhood well. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but the shop stays pretty much the same. We like it that way because it feels familiar to everyone. It’s just a place to get cleaned up and head back out into the noise of the city.
