Our office is tucked away in Defence Colony. We are at A-133, on the first floor. It is a nice residential area but it has a lot of offices mixed in now. It is a lot quieter than the main markets, which we like. We work on different beverage solutions. That basically means we spend our time thinking about drinks, recipes, and how to help cafes or bars. We aren't a big factory or anything. It's just a few of us in a regular room with some desks and a lot of notebooks. We have a small kitchen area where we test things out sometimes. You might find us arguing over how much sugar should go into a new mix or looking at different types of glassware. It is a relaxed place to work. We don't wear suits or have big formal meetings. Usually, we just sit around the main table and figure things out. Being on the first floor, we get a bit of a view of the street. Sometimes we see the neighbors walking their dogs. It feels more like a home than an office, which suits us just fine. We have some posters on the wall and too many coffee mugs in the sink. It's just a small group of people who really like the drink industry trying to make things work from a corner in Def Col.
