Walls Food & Beverages

We are located at Plot No 2 in Khanpur, right along the Mehrauli Badarpur Road. Most people know us because we’re near the old petrol pump. It’s a very noisy part of Delhi, with traffic going back and forth all day long. We deal with food and beverage items, mostly storage and distribution. The warehouse isn't huge, but we pack it pretty tight. I spend a lot of my time making sure the temperature is right for the goods. It’s a tough location because of the congestion, but it’s central for our needs. We have a small crew of three people who handle the heavy lifting. I usually sit near the front door to keep an eye on the arrivals. We aren't trying to be some big multinational; we’re just a local outfit trying to make a living. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning. It’s a simple operation with no frills. We get our orders, pack them up, and send them out. It’s been this way for a few years. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s honest work. The rent keeps going up but we stay put because it's a good spot. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea.
