Our place is located at D-3 in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically Phase 1. It’s a solid building, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it serves us well. Utsav Fashion Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for years. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot, but D-3 stays pretty much the same. It is a practical space. We have the machines on one side and the packing area on the other. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we manage to move things around. The traffic in Phase 1 can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually try to get our loading done early in the morning. We are just a group of people working hard. There is no fancy reception area or a person in a suit greeting you. You just walk in and see us working. We know the neighbors at the other units around D-3, and we help each other out when someone needs a tool or a bit of extra hands. It is a tight-knit community here in the industrial zone. We don't spend much time worrying about how the walls look as long as the work is getting out the door on time. It is a messy, busy, and honest way to make a living here in Okhla. We just keep going.
